1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the xbaee platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the xbaee website or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms.

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person constitutes a violation of the rules and all accounts may be closed. xbaee reserves the right to investigate and make decisions regarding multiple accounts operated from the same IP address or by members of the same household.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. xbaee may request identity verification documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, notify xbaee immediately.
• Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

xbaee shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party, unless it can be proven that such loss was caused by xbaee's own negligence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on xbaee: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, which applies to each method.

• Deposited funds will be credited to the account after verification.
• If a deposit transaction is not completed, please contact the support team.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited — you must use a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification and approval by xbaee.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• xbaee reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will add the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before any withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempts to exploit the system may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• xbaee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• A new bonus cannot be accepted while another bonus is active.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on xbaee are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has specific rules that should be understood before starting to play.

• Game outcomes are determined by a third-party verified random number generator (RNG).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, xbaee will make an appropriate decision.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the bet will remain active and the result will be shown once the connection is restored.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software or system errors will be considered void.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaee platform and may result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts in a coordinated manner for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering — xbaee monitors all transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, provided it is eligible under the rules.

11. Changes to Terms

xbaee reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
